This has to have been the most humbling yet empowering award ceremony I have ever been a part of. From the beginning, it felt like I was flowing along on a process with people who truly saw my message, the vision I held dear. The Golden Door Committee actually got me in the way nobody else had ; my truth, integrity and wholehearted work to empower and inspire those who had no voice, to find theirs in the same way I had found mine.
The encouragement given to us all on awards day is something I will always treasure and keep with me as I go for gold. I actually felt like I had just won the X factor and had visualised that dream many times over.
